INSORTEX Sorting Line for Bay Leaves 🌿

The INSORTEX sorting line is designed to clean bay leaves by removing dust, broken leaf fragments, foreign impurities, and substandard raw materials before packaging or further processing.

How does the line work?

🔹 Raw Material Loading Table — provides convenient placement of boxes containing bay leaves and ensures easy product feeding to the next processing stage.

🔹 Vibrating Sieve — separates broken leaf fragments, dust, and small impurities using a screen with rectangular openings of 15 × 20 mm. Vibration intensity is adjustable via a frequency converter.

🔹 Inspection Conveyor — enables visual quality control. Operators remove substandard product and foreign impurities, which are directed into designated side collection areas. LED lighting provides comfortable working conditions.

🔹 Magnetic Frame — provides additional removal of small metal particles from the product.

🔹 Discharge Chute — directs the cleaned bay leaves into containers. Manual slide gates allow operators to stop the product flow during container replacement without stopping the main equipment.
